This is the objective of the Campus Managers training programme: to anticipate the future by giving FagorBrandt managers a better strategic overview of the company, improving their operational skills and their aptitude for decision making and change management. Because if every member of the Group’s management develops and moves forward – then so will the Group.

Campus Managers is firmly rooted in real experience and aimed squarely at the needs of FagorBrandt managers and their teams.  The programme is designed to provide them with the theoretical and practical tools that will help their employees to move forwards in the future.
